Quote of the Day| Being Consistent is key.

Hey 👋

Today I thought I’d share what the most important thing to success is and what people seem to forget when trying to be successful.

You HAVE to be CONSISTENT!

If your not consistent on whatever your trying to achieve wether it’s a new business or cleaning up your house or whatever it is, you will not become successful because your not putting in the 100 percent effort that you could be putting in to be successful. And you have to remember that success takes time. You have to put in the effort and be consistent and be patient to be successful, once you learn to do all of those three things you will soon slowly start to be more successful. Just remember to be consistent!

I hope this has helped someone to keep them be more consistent on whatever they are trying to achieve.

Quote of the day| focus on action rather than how.

Hey Bloggers,

Today I thought of a quote that inspired me today, and the quote is,

” Focus on action rather than how”.

This quote inspired me because people including myself is constantly thinking on how to achieve something and not believing in themselves, without really trying and taking action. The more you take action the more you will be able to achieve in life. There is no point sitting in the couch thinking on how I’m going to do something and getting all worried and stressed on how your going to complete something especially long term goals. Just take action and the more you take action the more closer you are going to get to your goals and stop that procrastination!

Yes there will be times that you will get set backs and there will be times where you feel like you are failing, but those are the things that makes you stronger as a person to do more and achieve more, it’s all about the journey.

Anyways I hope this quote has inspired you as much as it has inspired me today. I hope you all are having a lovely day ✌🏻

Goal setting| how to achieve your goals

Hey Bloggers,

Here is a blog on how to actually achieve your goals or to help you stay motivated and productive.

Step 1# Write your goals down. The most important thing Is to write your goals down so you don’t forget them.

Step 2# Write your goals in categories. So it might be a career goal/ financial goal, hobbies goal, fitness goal, and a house cleaning/ organisation goal.

3# Write your goals under the categories and then create a plan under these goals on ways that are going to help you achieve those goals. For example: under the finance category your goal might be saving 10,000 dollars this year, and then your plan might be putting 200 dollars in your savings each week to achieve that goal. You might even make a plan or a side hustle to help you earn more money to achieve that 10,000 dollar goal.

4# put your goals into action plan:

So every day in your journal write a to do list, and in your day try to do something that will make you closer to achieving your goal. Wether you write down making a healthy breakfast to go towards your fitness goal or going to the gym. Whatever it may be try and put at least one action plan on your to do list that will help you achieve at least one of your goals or more daily.

I hope someone has enjoyed this blog. Feel free to comment on how you are going with your 2019 goals and what your goal plan is.

How to feel more motivated

Hey Bloggers!

Today I thought I’d share some tips on what makes me in the mood to be more motivated.

1# rewarding yourself. So if you would much rather watch YouTube or Netflix, rather than studying or cleaning or whatever you need motivation for, what I do is put on a timer for half an hour or an hour and for that whole amount of time, I will do as much cleaning as I possibly can, and as soon as the timer goes off, it’s then time to reward myself for 15-20 minutes on whatever I fell like doing. And keep repeating until all the chores are complete.

2# making the jobs fun. Whatever the job may be, trying to make the task fun will motivate you even more to complete the task. So what I do is listen to some music and have a good time, while cleaning and getting things done.

3# watching productive/ motivational/ videos on YouTube. If I need to get the house clean I will look up productive cleaning routine on YouTube and then after I watch a video it gives me the motivation to clean and be productive.

These are my 3 tips that really help me on being motivated. I hope these tips have helped someone.

How to stop Procrastinating

Hey Bloggers,

Today I thought I’d share with you tips that help me stop procrastinating.

Tip 1# the first thing I like to do is if I’m needing a little of inspiration and motivation, I will watch a YouTube video of someone being productive and that usually inspires me enough to then go and clean and be productive also.

Tip 2# writing out a plan. This helps me stay on track on what things i need to get done. And then I’ll set a timer and give myself an hour to do as much cleaning or being productive as I possibly can. And once the timer goes off, I then decide wether I want to take my 15 min break or keep on being productive. Usually I keep on being productive because once you get the motivation you don’t want to stop.

Tip 3# tell yourself, the more you keep being unmotivated, the longer the task will be from being complete. Wether you are having a lack of motivation to clean or workout or uploading a YouTube video or blog. Whatever it may be the longer you hold off from doing it, the longer you will feel down about it not being done.

Tip 4# reward yourself. And make time for you time. As much as we really want to be motivated. Make a section of time for yourself to be able to watch Netflix or scroll in your newsfeed, whatever thing that is holding you back from being motivated, make time to do it also. So for me, after I do an hour of cleaning, I’ll then give myself 15- 20 min to watch a YouTube video. That way I have no excuse to be unmotivated.

Tip 5# don’t overwhelm yourself. Break a big task into little tasks, that way it is much easier to complete the smaller tasks and overall you’ll end up completing the big task.

For example cleaning out the pantry. Now that could sound overwhelming. So task 1 could be taking everything out of the pantry and placing it on the bench. Task 2 then throw away any out of date food. Task 3 wipe out the pantry. Task 4 place food back in pantry in a neat order . And then your done. Something that may look overwhelming doesn’t have to be if you break it up to smaller tasks.

Now that’s all my tips to help stop procrastinating. I hope this has helped someone.

How to be more minimalist

Hey Bloggers,

Today I thought I’d share with you what I’m currently learning how to do and that is how to be more minimalistic.

Today I will be sharing 3 things that have helped me be more minimalist.

1# wardrobe:

If you have a cluttered wardrobe, then place all your clothing and everything out of your wardrobe and place it on your bed. Now individually hold each item and create three piles, if anything that has holes or stains on it will go in the throw out pile, anything that doesn’t bring you happiness or joy put in the donate pile. And anything that sparks joy to you that fits you nicely put in the keep pile. Also keep in mind if you have a lot of clothes that you still want to keep, then what I also do is if I have 5 black long sleeve shirts I’ll minimal it down to two.

Then place all the clothing folded nicely in piles that makes you feel organised when looking into your wardrobe.

2# pantry

If your the type of person who opens your pantry and there is no organisation what’s so ever and everything’s just everywhere and not in the right spots. Then I think it’s time to start cleaning and organising your pantry. So first of all I place as much as I can on the bench and go through what I have. Stuff that is out of date gets thrown in the bin. And then the rest of it either goes into a category in the pantry that I have made or into containers. For example I’ll make a area for can food, an area for rice an area for cereal and etc. Then if you feel even more inspired, label your designated spots for certain food. That way there’s no more putting food in the wrong places.

3# desk

Is your desk full of paper work and crap!

Well then I think it’s time to organise your desk. So firstly get folders and label each folder. Bills, receipts etc. Then place all your paperwork into folders. Next have a spot for your folders so there not all scattered all over the desk. Next get all the rubbish and throw it away. And then lastly anything that is not work related that is taking too much room on your desk then can go somewhere else. Make sure you have a pencil case for all your stationary stuff. And give all your stuff and your desk a wipe down, from any build up dusk that may have gotten on your desk.

I hope these three tips on being minimalist has helped. And I hope you enjoyed the blog.

Stationary Haul

Hey Bloggers!

If you had read my New years resolution blog you will know that one of my resolutions was to be more organised. So to help me be more organised I was going to buy planners and little things to help me be more motivated in being more organised. So today I’m going to show you my different planners and things that I have purchased in helping me be more organised.

So the first thing I purchased from the two dollar store was these cute little pots/containers. I am planning to use these two organise my makeup or makeup brushes or putting some beauty things in them like all my moisturisers and bath bombs. I just wanted to organise my beauty draw in my bedroom because its started to look very cluttered and not very organised looking.

dscf0135Secondly I purchased this monthly planner to help me be more organised and to know what is going on in my busy schedule for the whole month.dscf0133Next I purchased this cute little marble Journal that I write my ideas on what to blog about and just things that I would like to write to get them off my mind.dscf0131

The next thing I got is this awesome Food and exercise food planner that I absolute love. Inside of it, it has on one page Breakfast, snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and snack and then it has your beverages and water in take and then right on the bottom it has a calories box where you write how many calories you had in that day. And then on the other side it has your exercise page where it has Strength training and what time you start and finish and your duration and then it has what you are focusing on that day wether your focusing on your legs, chest, shoulders, abs etc. underneath that part it has your cardio, start finish and duration and what type of things your going to do for your cardio and then it has the time of your class if your taking a class and then your flexibility and then you write in the summary on how you feel  and your total time of exercise and cardio and your totals on how many calories you burned. And then right on the bottom it has how you feel and you tick the box whether you feel Amazing! Good, so so, tired, injured, or opps Missed it! And that’s all about my diet and exercise book.

dscf0129I also got a weekly planner so I have a planner that is more in depth than just my monthly planner on what will be happening in that week. Like my house chores and all those  things that I need to be reminded about.dscf0125

And that is the end of my stationary haul. I hope you enjoyed this blog and please give me some feed back as I am still quiet new to blogging and I’m still trying to use my new camera. Thanks guys!
